to be responsible for injury to the plaintiff. A co-defendant which bore a portion
of the verdict result brought litigation against our client = s insurer, CIGNA,
on an indemnity and "other insurance" clause in the contract and insuring
agreements. This involved presentation of coverage and interpretation to the
court for ultimate determination. The court decision was in our client's favor.
